Orientation 2009 To Do List

Pre-Orientation

• Register for Orientation by August 7, 2009
• Activate your Columbia Email
• RSVP for White Coat Ceremony by July 23, 2009
• Register your computer
• Submit your ID photo
• Fill out AAMC 2009 Matriculating Student Questionnaire
• Check out the Academic Calendar for 2009-2010
• Complete Online Entrance Interviews (pending)
• Complete Summer Reading Assignment
• Clerkship Information Handbook and fill out Matching Form

During Orientation

• Check in on Monday, August 17 at 50 Haven Avenue, Bard Hall Lobby where you will receive your CUMC ID, orientation information packet, and other materials.
• Settle your tuition, loans, and stipend checks
• During Welcome Wagon (Tuesday 10am-12pm)
  — Clear medical holds
  — Open a bank account
  — Pick up tickets for Broadway shows from P&S Club Office, Bard 106
• During White Coat Rehearsal (Thursday 11am-12pm)
  — Get P&S mailbox key
